You can track your order in the app under "My Orders" or click the tracking link in your order confirmation email.
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them. After that, cancellation depends on the home cook's preparation status.
Download the app and apply through the "Become a Cook" section. You'll need to complete verification and meet our kitchen standards.
We accept credit/debit cards, online banking, and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay).
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
