You must create an account to use HomeFood services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Home cooks must be verified and meet our kitchen standards before selling on HomeFood. All home cooks must comply with local food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.
All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be made at the time of order. HomeFood reserves the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be processed or if the home cook cannot fulfill the order.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. HomeFood is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
HomeFood takes food safety seriously. If you receive food that is not as described, spoiled, or unsafe to consume, please contact our support team immediately for a refund or replacement.
You agree not to use HomeFood services for any unlawful purpose, harass or abuse other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
All content on HomeFood, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HomeFood Sdn Bhd and is protected by copyright laws.
HomeFood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
HomeFood reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
HomeFood may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
